As Autumn approaches, after a very busy summer, Garden Square Dental is looking forward to a very ‘digital’ next quarter.
We are excited to announce that GSD can now offer ‘Invisalign’ the market leader in clear aligners for orthodontics. With our recent acquisition of the world-renowned iTero 3D digital scanner, Dr Sofi Baig, our resident teeth straightening expert, along with her team, will be able to provide a state of the art 3D scanning presentation. This enables patients to see a virtual ‘before and after’ of the result that could be achieved with Invisalign teeth straightening. It can even provide a predicted teeth whitening result!
In the near future, we hope to be replacing traditional impression materials required for crown, bridge and veneer work, for digital scans of teeth which can be electronically sent to the lab for 3D printing. As our profession rapidly adopts a digital workflow, we feel it is the right time for GSD to ‘join the revolution’ in order to deliver the best quality treatment and service level possible.
To help introduce this new service, and to give an opportunity for patients to ‘meet the team’ we are planning to hold an Invisalign Open Day, where patients can book a complimentary consultation (with a £30 refundable deposit) to see for themselves the teeth straightening options available. We plan to hold the open day on Wednesday 17th November 2021 at the practice itself.
